These devastating health inequalities persist despite decades of promises. First Nations communities continue to face higher rates of preventable disease, mental health challenges, and reduced access to essential healthcare services. 🖤💛❤️
That’s why Close the Gap exists—a movement calling for real action, not just words. Since 2007, this campaign has fought for First Nations agency, leadership, and systemic reform—which is also the theme for 2025.
