It might not be comfortable at first (who likes the idea of exercising in the cold or being the newbie at a group activity?)

Acknowledging those who took Action for peace
This Sunday, May 29th is The International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers. It's a day to remember those who served in United Nations (UN) peacekeeping operations and to honor the memory of people who died in the name of peace.
There are plenty of good causes that take action to bring peace, harmony and unity to their communities. Let's take Action to learn more about and support their work.
Positive Environmental Action to make a Big Impact

The GoodCompany Volunteer Mystery Bus got BUS-y in Melbourne for National Volunteer Week!
We facilitated 900 hours of volunteering hours during National Volunteering Week! 30 corporate volunteers helped out at St Kilda Mums, Vinnies Victoria and RSPCA during National Volunteer Week (May 16th - 22nd). A very big thank you to Medibank, Insignia Financial and Origin Energy for rolling up your sleeves and helping in the areas of greatest need. But we're not putting the brakes on volunteering... The Volunteer Mystery Bus is available every day to lend a hand to more charities!
